  • 1 lb Button Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced

    1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

Instructions

Clean & Cut

  • Clean and cut the mushrooms. Try to keep the sizes the same. I prefer to slice them. Quartering or halving are also acceptable.

Add Oil & Butter

  • Over medium heat and in a sauté or frying pan, add the olive oi and the garlic.

Add the Ingredients

  • Add the mushrooms, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and steak seasoning to the pan.
  • Stir the mushrooms in the sauce until the mushrooms have browned, roughly about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and continue to saute for another 5 minutes.
  • Plate the mushrooms and enjoy
