- 1 Large Lime (juiced)
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream (or Mexican crema)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (crushed or finely minced)

- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro (leaves, packed, chopped)
- ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Chipotle (ground)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Large Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and minced)

Mix ahead for easy serving
The chili flavor comes from the spices. A short chill lets the lime, garlic, and herbs mingle with the beans and cheese.
