Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped plus more to serve
  • 1 cup cottage cheese about 8 oz
  • 1 tsp sweetener add more to taste, such as honey, maple syrup, agave or stevia
  • fresh berries optional

Instructions
 

  1. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth, about 90 seconds total. Let cool slightly.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and sweetener, then process again, scraping the bowl as needed. Taste and adjust the sweetness.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 3 days.

Notes

Blend the cottage cheese on its own first to smooth out the curds.
